The old stone guest house Santa Maria, located in the heart of the town and only a few steps from the sea, has been transformed recently to an exclusive yet comfortable complex containing all the amenities of a modern Croatian resort.

Novigrad is a picturesque town situated in the north-western Croatian part of the Istrian peninsula, 15 km from the Slovenian and 40 km from the Italian border.

Santa Maria is a small, family-run guest house with soul and character. It offers 15 spacious, stylish and air-conditioned rooms equipped with all necessary facilities and free Internet access. In the restaurant various seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes of high quality are served. You can relax and dine at the restaurant or on the terrace and savour great wines, carefully selected by the staff.

Please note that the Santa Maria welcomes all guests for a minimum stay of 2 nights (3 nights in July and August and possibly during some holidays). The owners are convinced that only this way all guests have the possibility to enjoy the stay and experience how Mediterranean history has merged with more than 30 years of family tradition.
